We are pleased to share the Big Reveal of the dramatic great room and kitchen at our Escena Golf Club project.

Our clients bought this new residence in the pre-construction phase. Our team helped select all the tiles, cabinets, and other finishes. The house itself is about 2600 square feet with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

The Great Room

At the center of the great room, a cozy custom sofa faces the television and fireplace. The great room is equally comfortable for television viewing and entertaining.

The overall palette is fresh and neutral, with citrusy accents of aqua, yellow and green.

Walls of glass retract and pocket away, offering unobstructed views and blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The Kitchen

For the kitchen, we selected painted cabinets in a matte mushroom color with a contrasting lacquered charcoal color for the island. Bronze-colored metallic tiles provide a focal point that is simultaneously dramatic yet easy-on-the-eyes.

The kitchen's swivel counter stools are upholstered in durable vinyl in a colorful chevron pattern. It has the look and feel of silk but is completely scrubbable and cleanable!

All about the Details

It was important that everything be durable, beautiful and comfortable. Wood-look tile flooring runs throughout the house, for easy maintenance. Fabrics are performance-grade and stain-repellant.

Shortly after moving in, our clients added a new member to their family. Their dog, Lucy, feels very much at home!

I hope you enjoyed this tour!

I’ve been exploring SMT equipment suppliers lately, and NECTEC really caught my attention because of their reliable pick and place machines.

Before I bought my last amp, I checked out an amp review on Crowd Trust, and it helped me avoid overspending on the wrong model.
