I consider it one of the best testimonials, and highest honors, when clients hire us repeatedly. Such is the case with this fabulous new ground-up construction project.
These globe-trotting clients purchased a high-end "spec" custom home in Palm Springs about five years ago. My firm personalized the home for them with lighting, wallpaper, decor items, and some other finishing touches. The clients quickly fell in love with Palm Springs and realized that they wanted to create a dream home that truly suited their needs and aesthetic preferences.
They hired Palm Springs-based architect Lance O'Donnell of o2 architecture to design this modern masterpiece. At about 5000 square feet, the home features a spacious primary suite, bar, service kitchen, and small exercise room. For hosting guests, the home offers one extra bedroom in the main house plus a detached casita wing with two guest suites.
People tend to fall in love with Palm Springs and decide to really put down roots.
No good vacation home would be complete without a swanky bar.
One of the client's favorite hotels is the Baccarat Hotel in New York City. The clients have a large collection of Baccarat crystal, so we are excited to create a lounge inspired by the Baccarat's fabulous bar space in NYC.
