Looking back, Christopher regards this watershed 2006 project as his “Big Break”. Ground-up construction for a homeowner who is also a contractor and architect, this one-of-a-kind structure exemplifies the best of California living: walls of glass disappear and polished concrete floors connect indoor and outdoor spaces. Comfortable for a party of 2 or 200, this home was designed for cocktail parties and fundraisers. Christopher designed the home’s custom furnishings and chose to ground his client’s love of bright color with healthy doses of white and charcoal gray, for a look that is simultaneously masculine and ebullient.
