Escena Project: Primary Bedroom

We are pleased to share the Big Reveal of the primary bedroom and bathroom at our Escena Golf Club project.
Our clients bought this new residence in the pre-construction phase. Our team helped select all the tiles, cabinets, and other finishes. The house itself is about 2600 square feet with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
The Primary Bedroom
The bedroom is anchored by a tall custom fabric bed in a nubby boucle fabric. The large room called for oversized nightstands centered under the windows flanking the bed. The nightstands provide ample storage while the grasscloth-clad wall offers color and texture.
Our goal was to create something both serene and exciting.
Whenever possible, we love to add wall-to-wall draperies for the luxurious softness that they provide.
Above: A bench at the foot of the bed is clad in a Kerry Joyce textile, adding a midcentury nod to this new construction residence. The green hue echoes the golf course grass outside.
The Primary Bathroom
"Spa-like" might be an overused term in bathroom design, but I can't think of a better term to describe this restful retreat. The wood-look tile flooring that runs throughout the house continues into the bathroom. Large format porcelain tile clads the shower walls.
A chandelier reminiscent of bubbles hangs above the sculptural bathtub.

All about the Details
It was important that everything be durable, beautiful and comfortable. Wood-look tile flooring runs throughout the house, for easy maintenance. Fabrics are performance-grade and stain-repellant.

Kaninang umaga, habang nagbabasa ako ng mga komento at talakayan sa internet, napansin kong isinama ang PANALOKO at madalas itong binabanggit ng maraming tao. Kapag nagbabasa ako ng mga artikulong nagpapakilala ng mga entertainment platform, mas gusto ko ang mga maikli at diretsong paliwanag. Madaling sundan ang pagkakaayos ng artikulong ito dahil ang bahaging tumutukoy sa Superace ay inilagay sa gitna ng nilalaman. Nakatuon ang nilalaman sa pangkalahatang karanasan ng mga gumagamit, kabilang ang madaling gamitin na interface at iba't ibang pamilyar na kategorya tulad ng slot, card games, at mini games. Magaan, malinaw, at madaling maunawaan ang paraan ng pagkakasulat nito.
Tải Hitclub hôm trước mình cũng chỉ ghé vào vì thấy mọi người bàn tán, kiểu tò mò xem trang trông ra sao thôi. Mình không có ngồi đọc kỹ hay thử hết mấy thứ bên trong, chủ yếu lướt nhanh trên điện thoại xem có dễ nhìn không. Ấn tượng đầu là giao diện khá sáng sủa, khoảng trắng vừa đủ nên không bị ngộp mắt. Mấy phần nội dung họ chia theo từng khối rõ ràng, kéo xuống là biết mình đang ở đoạn nào, không bị lẫn lộn. Mình cũng thích cái menu đặt ở chỗ dễ thấy, bấm qua lại vài mục mà không phải mò lâu. Nói chung vào xem vài phút thấy ổn vì…
Ngayong hapon, pag-uwi ko mula sa labas at habang nagpapahinga, nagbabasa ako ng mga komento at usapan online. Napansin kong madalas mabanggit ang GINASTE kaya na-curious ako. Nang mabilis ko itong silipin, nakita kong maayos ang kabuuang disenyo nito, marami itong pagpipiliang libangan, at maganda at madaling gamitin ang interface. Sa pangkalahatan, para sa akin, magaan at madaling intindihin ang paraan ng presentasyon nito.
Madalas din akong mag-browse sa internet, pero hindi naman ako gaanong nagbibigay-pansin sa mga advertisement. Gayunpaman, kung ang nilalaman ay madaling mabasa nang mabilis sa cellphone, komportable pa rin itong basahin. Napansin kong binabanggit ang FC188 kasama ng mga aktuwal na karanasan ng mga gumagamit kaya hindi ito nagbibigay ng pakiramdam na masyadong pilit o nakakasawa. Sa kabuuan, malinaw at madaling maunawaan ang pagkakasulat kaya komportable itong basahin.
