When our clients purchased a 10,000sf new building that was just an empty shell, they enlisted us to create a new headquarters for their business, Across America Insurance Services. The space needed to be totally designed and built-out, with all utilities ran and workspaces for up to 50 employees. The space was to have a coffee bar, gathering area, full kitchen, lobby, conference room, and several private offices. From the door handles to the bathroom tiles, from overhead lighting to desk chairs, to every piece of art on the walls, our team was responsible for making all the aesthetic choices to bring this space to life. We created a timeless, contemporary, elegant interior featuring a mix of warm and cool neutrals and the company’s signature color blue as an accent. Through a secret door, a private executive retreat is reminiscent of a swank Las Vegas speakeasy.
