For this ground-up construction residence, our team was asked to bring warmth, intimacy, and human scale to the home’s striking modern architecture. Our Seattle-based clients envisioned a fashion-inspired interior that steered clear of expected “Palm Springs” motifs. Drawing on Chanel-inspired fabrics, layered textures, and locally sourced modern artwork, we curated a look that feels both timeless and fashion-forward. For the guest bedrooms, the clients had two highly specific requests: one room in green, evoking a talk show host’s “green room,” and the other in blue – specifically, the shade of vintage linen book jackets or perfectly broken-in denim.
