Our team was tasked with creating a restaurant, literally from scratch, in a brand new building with no existing tenant improvements. With a menu that rethinks Italian classics from a California perspective, our concept design became: If a New York deli and a chic Palm Springs cafe had a lovechild -- it might look something like Appetito.
