CHASE LINDBERG

Mirada Estates

This 1980s modern residence had been “Spanish-ified” during the Tuscan craze of the late 1990s and early 2000s. Our team was brought in to restore its modern roots and was responsible for specifying all the materials, architectural details, and furnishings. Notable design elements include split-face stone interior walls that pay homage to both Fallingwater and Frank Sinatra’s iconic “Twin Palms” estate; a disappearing wall of glass in the kitchen; and a 14-foot long Vladimir Kagan Serpentine sofa.
