Our team gave this iconic 1960s Charles Du Bois design a makeover that involved a sensitive touch and a restrained color palette. We kept all the original fixtures, including a state-of-the-art (for 1968) GE kitchen that remains in pristine condition. New large-format flooring of Italian porcelain sets a gleaming foundation for authentic Knoll furnishings including a Florence Knoll sofa, Mies van der Rohe chairs, and a Saarinen Tulip table. A Schumacher wallpaper in a period-appropriate 60s pattern creates a whimsical yet dramatic backdrop for the kitchen.
